Milton Keynes Dons Football Club Education and Sports Trust is looking to recruit a Girls and Women's Development Officer.

The position reports directly to the Community Officer and will support and develop all areas of girls' and women's football.

The role encompasses the following areas:

·Coordination and development of Milton Keynes Dons Female Centre of Excellence and our Girls Player Development Programme.
·Support the delivery of a Female Football Academy with a further education provider.
·Establish a Milton Keynes Dons Football Club Women's Team.

MK Dons Girls Centre of Excellence - a key responsibility of the Education & Sports Trust role

Level of Experience & Qualifications Required:

This will involve working with key agencies eg Football Association, County FA, Local Education Authorities, local leagues and Clubs. Candidates must demonstrate both team working skills and the ability to work unsupervised and on their own initiative. Experience of managing projects / events to demonstrate sound organisation and planned skills required. Excellent communication, presentation skills and IT sills will be expected.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience of football coaching; establishing, delivering and coordinating coaching programmes. Hold a current FA Level 2 qualification with Level 3 desirable. An understanding of female football structures and pathways, you need to be passionate about and committed to the development of female football at a local level. First Aid qualified and a willingness to complete a FA CRB check.
