The MK Dons Online Ticket Service allows Dons fans to purchase tickets for games while avoiding the queues at the Box Office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
Tickets purchased online can either be posted to your statement address or collected from the quick and easy online kiosk at the Box Office.

For Saturday matches the last posting day for tickets will be at close of business on the Tuesday prior to the match and for midweek games will be at close of business the previous Thursday. Postal orders are subject to a £1 administration fee.

Where orders specify that tickets will be collected, collections MUST be made from the new online kiosk in the Box Office. Simply insert the credit/debit card used to place the order and your tickets will be automatically printed. There will be no manual ticket collections.

CARD PAYMENTS
To combat fraudulent card transactions, our online ticket website uses both card security code and postcode verification. Please ensure that the postcode you enter at the time of purchase is an EXACT match to the postcode on your card statement.

If your payment is rejected please use another card. DO NOT keep trying the same card as this will reserve the money with your provider and you may use up all your available funds.

Milton Keynes Dons Football Club cannot provide the reason for card rejections as this information is undisclosed by the card issuer.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All information, dates, times and prices are kept as accurate as possible but are subject to change.

- There are no refunds on uncollected tickets. Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged once purchased. In some circumstances this can be considered at the discretion of the Box Office Manager, provided the complete ticket is returned intact to the Box Office at least 24 hours before kick off.

- Under 7s and Carers tickets CANNOT be purchased online. If you require either an Under 7s or Carers ticket, please contact the Box Office direct on 01908 622900 or boxoffice@mkdons.com
