Now in his third season with the Dons, Liverpudlian Sean moved to Milton Keynes from Swindon Town during the summer of 2006.
He is a former England Under-20 international who started his career with Everton before moving to the County Ground in March 2004.
After two excellent seasons with the Robins, where he was made club captain, Martin Allen brought Seano in to become the heart of his defence.
He made 94 appearances in his first two years in MK, weighing in with a respectable nine goals, including the second in March's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Wembley. Sean has also captained the side on a number of occasions.
His positional awareness, aerial dominance and downright bravery make him a horrible opponent for opposition strikers to come up against.
