Current season ticket-holders have until this coming Friday to renew their season tickets and retain their own seats for the 2008/09 season.

The Big Freeze campaign, which has given Dons supporters the chance to purchase season tickets for next season at this season's prices, has gone down a storm as Milton Keynes gets ready for the return to League 1.

With trips to the likes of Leeds United and Northampton as well as renewed rivalries with Peterborough and Hereford to look forward to, it promises to be a campaign packed with excitement and entertainment as Paul Ince's League 2 champions look to challenge for back-to-back promotions.

The Big Freeze discount is open to both season ticket renewals and new applications so download the 2008/2009 Matchday Admissions Brochure and follow the application process at the bottom of the page.

Milton Keynes Dons Football Club is set to reward the fantastic support of its fans in its most successful season by freezing season ticket prices for the next campaign.

Having taken well over 30,000 people to Wembley to see them lift the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, and now eyeing League 1 football next season, Paul Ince's team have enjoyed an historic 2007/08 campaign filled with drama, excitement and fantastic support.

And with the Dons' developing fan base continuing to grow, the club will give its loyal supporters the chance to see all of next season's action for exactly the same price!

In addition to the tens of thousands that travelled to Wembley, MK fans have swarmed to stadiummk this season with the club's record attendance being broken twice.

Dons fans

Dons fans can be part of next season's campaign at this season's prices.

On Good Friday, 14,521 supporters saw the top-of-the-table clash with Peterborough United, while games against Lincoln and Wycombe have both attracted crowds in the region of 13,000.

It's been a phenomenal response from the people of Milton Keynes since the move to stadiummk last summer and General Manager Keith Dickens says it's only the beginning.

He said: "By freezing the ticket prices we're simply trying to recognise the truly outstanding support and following that we're developing as a club, and 'developing' is the key word here.

"Even though our average support per match is 50 per cent up on last year, our potential was clearly demonstrated by the wonderful numbers we took to Wembley.

"This shows what can be done, so we've taken the decision to freeze season ticket prices to recognise the great support we are building and importantly, keep our momentum going."

The Big Freeze will begin on Monday 21 April when current season ticket holders will be able to renew at this discounted price with first preference on their own seat.

Current season ticket holders will have until Friday 30 May to take up the discount before their seat is released to new applicants. It will be opened to new season ticket applications from Tuesday 6 May until Monday 30 June 2008.
